Customer Account & Orders

Yes. Orders may be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting our customer care team. After this window, all orders are considered final.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to return an item, please follow our returns process. Refunds will be issued according to our policy once the item is received and inspected.
